FEATURES
Protein tyrosine phosphates (PTPs) are becoming the next hot target area of drug development.  The targets are believed involved in cancer, diabetes, obesity, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases.  However, a potent drugable PTP inhibitor is yet to be found.  We have developed families of compound with the structures suitable for binding with PTP, and rapid screening method for finding more potent compounds.
